01 — Refund Policy

14-day refund

If you have purchased a postbox but have not yet activated it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. The window starts on the purchase date and runs independently of activation — if you do not activate by day 14, the window closes automatically. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Activation = service delivery

Activation occurs when you verify your email address. At that moment the service is delivered and your right to a refund and withdrawal ends. You confirm this explicitly via a waiver checkbox at the activation step; the timestamp is recorded.

After activation

Once your postbox is activated, no refund is issued for the remainder of the annual period. You may cancel renewal anytime; your box stays accessible until the paid period ends.

How billing works

All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and invoicing; VppBox never sees your card details. Use the in-app refund button in Settings or contact hello@vppbox.com.
